    Relax stay in Renaissance

    My experience was fantastic! The location is unbeatable-just a short walk through the skywalk to CentralWorld. The room was spacious and well-maintained, while the breakfast buffet offered a good variety, including excellent curries. Particularly Mr Kyo and Chef Eiam, were attentive and friendly.

    The breakfast spread was really good, especially the delicious green and red curries. Chef Eiam’s friendly service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

    I wouldn't want to repeat all the best things most already mentioned, it was just awesome!

    Everything was excellent including the hotel staffs, except one particular staff in the club lounge, who was only friendly to selective guests, at least under my 3 days observations.

    This is an outstanding 5-star hotel. All the staff we encountered were truly professional and most exceeded expectations. It is a credit to the hotel training. Location is wonderful for both shopping and exploring Bangkok. The standard room we stayed in was awesome. The bathroom just lovely. Higher standard rooms must be awesome. We came here based on website feedback and we weren't disappointed. We will be staying here each Bangkok visit.

    The location was ideal for exploring Bangkok, and the event space equipped with a huge LED screen made our family gatherings lovely. My dad really enjoyed it!

    For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a designated play area for kids.

    The staff was very friendly, facilities was great, the hotel looks up to date but above all was the location of the hotel. Placed at the center of Bangkok, shopping was everywhere and if there is a need to go further, theres the BTS Sky train service which is readily available. Only drawback was the cold swimming pool if you want to swim at night. In fact we extended for another night.

    Just the cold swimming pool. Everthing else was excellent

    Comfortable accommodation with welcoming staff from the room cleaning service. Absolutely amazing building and impeccably clean rooms for ultimate comfort. Tasty and wonderful breakfast with appetizers, complimentary beer plus a panoramic view. 25 km from Don Muang airport. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

    The Renaissance in Bangkok exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was spacious and modern, with a lovely view of the city skyline. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities and the mini-bar setup. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helped, especially when I had questions about local attractions. I faced a frustrating situation-the slippers in my room were worn out when I arrived. I called the reception for replacements, but it took over 30 minutes for them to arrive, disappointing, especially late at night when I needed them most. The location is fantastic.

    The hotel is very new and very luxurious, I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located close to major shopping malls. I recommend this hotel for others
